New memorial signs on Highway 18

The law names State Highway 18 from the intersection with State Highway 5 to the Canadian border as the PFC Henry Gurke Memorial Highway. The North Dakota Department of Transportation must place signs along this stretch with the memorial name. The department may accept donated signs or money to pay for the signs. Any donated money is kept in a continuing appropriation and can only be used for these signs.
