Tougher penalties for temporary restricted drivers

If you have a temporary restricted driver’s license, each moving violation now costs $150 extra, on top of the regular fine. After three moving violations committed after the restricted license is issued, the director must revoke your restricted license for up to 30 days. During a revocation, you cannot use the restricted driving privilege.
