Grants for county fair upgrades

The law funds a one-time $3 million grant program run by the North Dakota agriculture commissioner. County agriculture fair associations can apply for planning, design, or construction of fair infrastructure. Grants are available from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027. Each association can receive up to $100,000. The money comes from the state general fund.
