After not-guilty for no responsibility: court control and exam

When a person is found to have committed the crime but not guilty for lack of criminal responsibility, the court sets when its control ends. The court also orders the person to a treatment facility for an exam. The facility can ask the court to move the person to a least restrictive place for the exam, if the attending doctor or receiving director agrees. The facility must tell the court about any move and why. The court can set custody terms during the exam.
