More funding for city buses and paratransit

The law gives $2 million in one-time money to the North Dakota Department of Transportation. From July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, the department provides grants to city fixed-route transit and their paratransit services. This supports bus and paratransit rides, especially for seniors and people with disabilities. The legislature also orders a 2025–26 study to design a funding formula for city transit.
