Stable funding for Guard facilities

Beginning July 1, 2026, the Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services treats its chief financial officer as a civilian employee for this fund. The CFO must send eligible agency income to the New Hampshire Armories or Other National Guard Facilities Fund. The fund does not expire and stays with the department to help run and manage armories and other Guard buildings used for rentals, not including federal program income. The Adjutant General decides when to release the money. Money from the New Hampshire National Guard Training Center is not part of this fund.
