State covers more special-ed placements

The law expands which special education placements the state pays for. DHHS is financially responsible for children getting special education or related services whose placements were made under RSA 169-B, 169-C, 169-D, or 193:27, VII. It does not cover children placed in a state youth facility for detained or adjudicated youth. The state pays during the court-ordered placement, which can lower family costs. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
