Brew pubs can add licenses, with 2,500-barrel cap
The law lets a brew pub also hold on‑premises or off‑premises licenses, if it holds no other manufacturing license. Self‑distribution is limited to one on‑premises license the brew pub owns. Total self‑distribution cannot exceed 2,500 barrels of beer and/or cider in a licensing period. Holding multiple brew pub licenses does not allow self‑distribution to more than one commonly owned on‑ or off‑premises license. These rules take effect 60 days after the act’s passage.
