Some lottery winners can stay anonymous

The law lets some New Hampshire lottery winners keep their identity private. The Lottery cannot share your name, town, prize date, or the gross and net amounts of your annual prize payment. You must send a written request and meet one of these: you are a domestic violence victim, you have an active restraining order, or the Lottery commissioner decides it is in your best interest. This takes effect 60 days after the law’s passage.
