New Hampshire housing trusts skip some fees
The law creates a new category called a "housing investment trust." It must be a charitable organization under RSA 7:21, II(b). To qualify, its trustees must include one or more of the following: at least three individual trustees who are New Hampshire residents; at least one other charitable organization; a bank or a credit union; or any mix of those. These trusts are exempt from the fees set in RSA 293-A:1.22 and RSA 293-B:15. Beginning 60 days after passage, the exemption applies.
