Bar drinks allowed in restrooms
The law lets you take a drink you bought into that same place’s restroom. It applies to bars, restaurants, and other on‑premises alcohol venues. Drinks still may not be served or consumed in foyers, hallways, kitchens, or any area not approved by the commission. This change takes effect 60 days after passage.
