Bingo raffles: higher prizes, $10 tickets
Beginning July 1, 2025, charities that run bingo raffles can charge up to $10 per ticket or set of tickets. Prizes at those raffles can have a wholesale cost up to $1,200. All raffle tickets sold with bingo must be numbered sequentially. Tickets tied to bingo are sold only at bingo games run by the charity. The law also removes the old rule that only organization members could sell the tickets.
