Health council quorum and remote rules
The council’s quorum is now a majority of appointed members. At least one-seventh of members must be in the room. Members may join remotely with live video and audio and still count for quorum and votes. Remote members must say who is with them. All votes are by roll call. The public may join remotely under council rules. The first-named senate member must hold the organizing meeting within 45 days to elect officers.
