Limits on Fish and Game license-fee spending
Starting 60 days after passage, the Fish and Game Department can spend license fees only on species that were legally hunted, fished, or trapped in the last 5 years. Spending already approved from the fish and game fund on the effective date still goes forward. Money from taxes on hunting and fishing equipment is no longer an allowed funding source for these programs.
