More families can get Education Freedom Accounts

The law removes the household income limit for Education Freedom Accounts. Any New Hampshire student who is eligible to enroll in a public K–12 school can qualify. Students in the Department of Corrections special school district do not qualify. Parents can apply even if income is above 350% of the federal poverty guidelines. The change takes effect 60 days after the law's passage.
