Career and technical center donations extended to 2031
The law keeps donation rules for regional career and technical education centers in place until June 30, 2031. The repeal that was set for June 30, 2026 now happens in 2031. Centers and donors can keep using the same donation rules through that date. Section 3 tied to this change starts on June 30, 2031. This act otherwise takes effect 60 days after it is passed.
