AN ACT relating to offenders; requiring the Department of Corrections, to the extent money is available, to establish vocational farm programs; authorizing the Department to engage the services of certain registered dietitians; authorizing the Department to adopt regulations relating to such dietitians; requiring the Department to issue a request for information and conduct a study on food services during the 2025-2026 interim; limiting the term of renewals of food service contracts during that period; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
