One-time equipment replacements at conservation camps

The law funds one-time equipment replacements at several conservation camps. Stewart gets $59,240 to replace a dishwasher. Pioche gets $38,503 for laundry equipment. Three Lakes Valley gets $31,384 for propane water heaters. Jean gets $160,610 for office chairs and laundry equipment. Carlin gets $31,616 for boilers. Unused funds cannot be committed after June 30, 2027, or spent after September 17, 2027. Remaining money must be returned to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.

Small equipment funding for conservation camps

The law provides small‑equipment money for three conservation camps. Pioche gets $317 in 2025–2026 and $317 in 2026–2027. Jean gets $1,590 in 2025–2026 and $1,590 in 2026–2027. Carlin gets $3,786 in 2025–2026 and $3,786 in 2026–2027. Money not used by June 30 each year cannot be committed after that date. Leftover funds cannot be spent after September 18, 2026 (first year) and September 17, 2027 (second year), and must be returned to the State General Fund by those dates. The act takes effect July 1, 2025.
