The law gives $1,472,641 from the State General Fund to the Nevada Department of Education. The money funds a new computer system for educator licensure. The law takes effect July 1, 2025. The money cannot be committed after June 30, 2027. It cannot be spent after September 17, 2027. Any leftover must return to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027.
