Funds to roll out state enterprise system

The law provides $53.4 million from the General Fund and $12.5 million from the State Highway Fund. The Interim Finance Committee allocates the money to the Office of Finance in the Governor’s Office. It must be used to pay costs to implement the state enterprise resource planning system. The funding starts July 1, 2025.

Deadlines to use enterprise system funds

Agencies cannot commit any remaining funds after June 30, 2027. They cannot spend any remaining money after September 17, 2027. Any leftover must return to the original fund by September 17, 2027. These rules apply to the Interim Finance Committee, the Office of Finance, and any transferee.
