AN ACT relating to natural resources; prohibiting the sale, offer for sale or distribution for sale of water in certain disposable plastic bottles within any community which abuts the Lake Tahoe Watershed; requiring, under certain circumstances, the local board of health or health department to issue administrative fines for such a violation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
