Nevada government offices must accept payments from businesses by debit card, credit card, check, or electronic transfer. This covers fees, taxes, and other debts. Agencies may also choose to take cash or money orders. The rule does not apply to payments under NRS 353.1467; some Department of Taxation payments under NRS 360A.040(1)(b); the Cannabis Compliance Board; the Division of Insurance; or any state court.
