AN ACT relating to criminal procedure; defining certain terms, including the term “tracking warrant”; prohibiting, with certain exceptions, a governmental entity from obtaining certain location information except when authorized by a tracking warrant; establishing provisions relating to the disclosure, application, issuance and execution of tracking warrants; establishing provisions relating to the disclosure and admissibility of location information in certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
