Bars can stay open later statewide

From June 11, 2026 through July 20, 2026, bars and restaurants with on‑premises licenses can sell alcohol later statewide. County curfews do not apply during this window. Last call can be as late as 4:00 a.m., and customers can finish drinks by 4:30 a.m. This does not change stricter hours the State Liquor Authority already put on a specific license. Airports run by the Port Authority keep their 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. limits. These temporary rules end July 21, 2026.
