The law provides up to $50 million to the University Hospitals Authority for its adolescent behavioral health center. The money comes from funds not already appropriated in Oklahoma's Statewide Recovery Fund (497). The Authority can use only the amount needed to fill the center's funding gaps. Spending must follow recommendations adopted by the Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding on April 15, 2026. This funds the center, not direct payments or guaranteed services for families. The law lists July 1, 2026, as its effective date, but its emergency clause makes it effective upon passage and approval.
