Beginning November 1, 2026, the law increases pensions for some retired Oklahoma judges and justices. Members must have received judicial retirement benefits on June 30, 2026, and continue receiving them on or after November 1, 2026. Retirement length is measured as of June 30, 2026. Members retired less than 10 years get no increase; those retired 10 to under 20 years get 3%; those retired 20 years or more get 6%. The increase applies to the gross annual retirement benefit, before deductions.
