Oklahoma ends Perform Act incentives

The law repeals the Perform Act incentive program. Businesses and people can no longer claim those incentives. It repeals five sections in the state tax code. The law includes no phase-out, sunset, or replacement program. Check state tax guidance if you previously used this incentive.
