Crime victims can receive notices by email
Beginning November 1, 2026, Oklahoma’s Pardon and Parole Board may email required notices instead of mailing them. This option covers victims and their representatives who provide an email address to the Board. They are responsible for keeping their email address current. District attorney victim-witness coordinators must help them provide an address if they want email notices.
