Oklahoma ends health workforce board and aid
Beginning November 1, 2026, Oklahoma repeals the laws for the Health Care Workforce Resources Board and related programs. The repeal ends the Oklahoma Health Care Workers and Educators Assistance Program and the Health Care Workforce Resources Act. Agencies and officials no longer have powers or duties under those laws. The act creates no new programs, fees, or transition rules.
