Career education districts take over student reporting

Beginning July 1, 2025, Rhode Island shifts required student-data work to the district where a student attends a career and technical education program. That district must collect and report individual student data required by basic education program regulations. The student must attend and be enrolled in the program. The sending district is no longer responsible for this work.
