Property tax breaks for two nonprofits

Ocean State Community Wellness, Inc.’s real property is exempt from local property taxes. The corporation must qualify as tax-exempt. Codac, Inc.’s real and tangible personal property at 45 Royal Little Drive in Providence is also exempt. The Codac site is Assessor’s Plat 74, Lot 402. These exemptions take effect on passage.
