Path to restore Los Toros' charter

The law lets Los Toros Band, Inc. (incorporated September 3, 1999) regain its corporate charter. By December 31, 2026, it must file any required Rhode Island corporation tax returns. It must also pay all taxes due or that would have been due to the state. It must file with the Secretary of State a certificate signed by the Tax Administrator confirming those filings and payments, and file all required reports and fees. When the certificate is filed by the deadline, the revocation is vacated at once and the company is restored as if it never happened. The law takes effect upon passage.
