Los Toros Records gets charter back

The law lets Los Toros Records, Inc. get its Rhode Island corporate charter back. By December 31, 2026, it must file all required corporation tax returns and pay all taxes due. It must also file all Secretary of State reports, pay fees, and file a certificate signed by the tax administrator. After these steps, the revocation is vacated. The company regains all rights and duties as if the revocation never happened. The law takes effect upon passage.
