Warwick can sell 34 Warwick Lake Avenue

The law lets the City of Warwick sell or give the property at 34 Warwick Lake Avenue (Plat 328, Lot 261). It may transfer the land in fee simple or another form allowed by law. The city must use the normal state procedures for selling city land. All recorded restrictions on this parcel have already expired. This is a narrow exception to the usual ban on selling land given to a city for public use, and it takes effect upon passage.
