Property tax breaks for two nonprofits

The law exempts real estate owned by Ocean State Community Wellness, Inc. from state property tax. The corporation must qualify as tax-exempt. The Rhode Island Business Development Institute gets a tax exemption for its real estate and tangible personal property. That exemption applies only to property at 220 Smith Street in Providence and begins upon passage.
