Reinstatement window for Roberts and Rocha

The law lets Roberts and Rocha, Inc. (incorporated April 1, 1988) restore its charter. By December 31, 2026, it must file all required corporate tax returns and pay all state taxes due. It must file with the Secretary of State a certificate signed by the tax administrator confirming that. It must also file all required Secretary of State reports and pay all required fees. When those items are filed and paid, the revocation is vacated and the company regains all rights and duties as if no revocation happened.
