A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTIONS 56-3-2210 AND 56-3-2230, BOTH RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES AS ANTIQUE, SO AS TO CLARIFY THAT ANTIQUE MOTOR VEHICLES MAY BE USED AT NIGHT FOR PURPOSES IDENTIFIED IN THESE SECTIONS IF EQUIPPED WITH WORKING HEADLIGHTS AND REAR LIGHTS.
