A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 38-77-150, RELATING TO UNINSURED MOTORIST PROVISIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE AN INSURER MAY NOT INCREASE THE PREMIUM OF AN INSURED SOLELY BECAUSE THE INSURED MADE A CLAIM UNDER HIS UNINSURED OR UNDERINSURED MOTORIST COVERAGE IF THE INSURED WAS NOT AT FAULT IN THE ACCIDENT THAT LED TO THE CLAIM.
