A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 7-13-740, RELATING TO THE NUMBER AND CONSTRUCTION OF VOTING BOOTHS, SO AS TO REMOVE ANTIQUATED VOTING BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS AND TO ALLOW THE RESPECTIVE ELECTION BOARD OR COMMISSION CONDUCTING THE ELECTION TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF BOOTHS TO BE PROVIDED AT EACH PRECINCT.
