Interpreter help for South Dakota agency cases

In South Dakota contested agency cases, parties and witnesses who need language help receive an impartial interpreter or translator. The agency deciding the case must arrange these services and pay reasonable, fair compensation from its operating funds. If you win the case, you can recover necessary interpreter or translator costs for gathering evidence or bringing the case. Recovery covers only costs not already covered by the agency under this law.
