South Dakota’s department responsible for registry cards must send more cardholder information to the prescription drug monitoring program. This applies to every registry cardholder, including nonresident cardholders. The required information includes each cardholder’s name, physical address, birth date, and registry identification card number. A physical address is not required for an applicant who is homeless.
