18-month license loss for DUI with no prior conviction

Beginning January 1, 2027, Tennessee sets an 18‑month driver’s license revocation for certain DUI convictions. It applies when you are convicted under this DUI law and you do not have a “prior conviction” as defined in the statute. The statute’s definition of a prior conviction stays the same.
