Jail and prison medical contractors covered for buprenorphine

If you work for a jail or prison medical contractor, you are now covered under Tennessee’s buprenorphine rules. This includes employees, contractors, and subcontractors who provide care for the Tennessee Department of Correction or for county or city jails. This change takes effect immediately.
