Beginning June 11, 2026, Washington landlords must follow manufactured/mobile-home notice delivery rules when serving required rent increase notices. This applies to manufactured- and mobile-home lot rentals, including notices claiming an exemption from rent limits. The change governs how notices reach tenants; it does not change rent amounts or limits.
