The law applies the same transit behavior rules to Washington State Ferries. On ferries and at ferry terminals, it is unlawful to knowingly smoke where not allowed, litter, use open alcohol, harass others, vandalize, block passengers, or carry dangerous items. Impersonating ferry staff, gambling, skating or riding skateboards, and throwing objects are also banned. Violations are a misdemeanor.
