West Virginia ends report distribution rule

Beginning June 9, 2026, the legal rule for distributing West Virginia reports is repealed. People and offices that had to follow that rule no longer must do so. The law creates no new programs, duties, fees, or payments. This is an internal change and does not affect household taxes or benefits.
