Beginning July 1, 2026, governments in Wyoming cannot stop a pregnancy center from offering pregnancy, childbirth, or parenting services because of its stance on abortion. They cannot block centers from giving out diapers, baby clothes, baby furniture, or formula. Medical pregnancy centers can keep providing medical testing, counseling, and pregnancy care. Governments also cannot ban counseling about treatments that may reverse abortion drugs.
Beginning July 1, 2026, Wyoming and local governments cannot force a pregnancy center to interview, hire, or keep staff who do not agree with the center’s mission or pro‑life policies. Centers control their staffing choices.
Beginning July 1, 2026, the law defines key terms like abortion, abortion‑inducing drug, contraception, and what counts as a pregnancy center or medical pregnancy center. It also lets a pregnancy center or any person harmed by a violation sue in court. They can ask a judge to stop the action or issue a legal ruling.
Beginning July 1, 2026, Wyoming and local governments cannot force a pregnancy center to offer or perform abortions. They cannot require centers to provide abortion drugs or contraception. They cannot require referrals or counseling in favor of abortion, abortion drugs, or contraception. They also cannot force centers to post ads or materials that promote abortion or contraception.
