Do the provisions of Montana’s Open-Space Land and Voluntary Conservation Easement Act, codified as Mont. Code Ann. § 76-6-101 (2009) et seq., apply solely to public bodies and qualifying private organizations as defined by the code? Do the requirements of Mont.
