Subject: Rules of conduct for persons entering and using Grand Central Madison Terminal and its related facilities. Purpose: To facilitate the proper use of Grand Central Madison Terminal and ensure the safety of employees, customers and the public.

Subject: Class SA, SB, SC and I saline waters of the State. Purpose: Amend the water quality standards protective of shellfishing and recreation in the State’s saline waters.

Subject: Medium- and Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicle emission standards. Purpose: To update Medium and- Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicle emission standards and adopt CA’s Heavy-Duty Omnibus and Phase 2 GHG regulations.

Subject: Advanced Clean Car (ACC) Standards. Purpose: To adopt California’s Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II) Program regulation.

Subject: Neversink River Riparian Corridor. Purpose: To protect public health, safety and natural resources within the Neversink River Riparian Corridor.

Subject: Amendment of 6 NYCRR section 750-1.25 References. Purpose: Update outdated, inaccurate and/or redundant references to the CWA and Federal regulations, as well as guidance documents.

Subject: Regulations governing recreational and commercial fishing for striped bass. Purpose: To amend 6 NYCRR Part 40 pertaining to recreational and com- mercial regulations for striped bass.

Subject: Peekamoose Valley Riparian Corridor. Purpose: To protect public health, safety, general welfare and natural re- sources on the Peekamoose Valley Riparian Corridor.

Subject: Special licenses and permits; Marine Resources licenses and permits - Uniform Procedures. Purpose: Improve clarity and consistency in issuance and management of marine resources and special licenses and permits.
