Youth facility per diem account

§ 99-s. Youth facility per diem account. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of taxation and finance an account in the miscellaneous\nspecial revenue fund to be known as the "youth facility per diem\naccount".\n 2. The youth facility per diem account shall consist of all moneys\nreceived by the state pursuant to section five hundred twenty-nine of\nthe executive law.\n
